About the position

Crumbl Cookies is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring employee and customer satisfaction. The role requires a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. The General Manager will focus on improving team engagement, operational excellence, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and ensure employee and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and execute all operational aspects of the store to achieve key outcomes.
• Establish a strong culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, customer service, and sales performance.
• Coordinate with the Business Manager and Crumbl headquarters to meet P&L goals and compliance standards.
• Delegate responsibilities and supervise business operations.
• Hire, train, motivate, and coach employees to provide attentive service to customers.
• Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
• Monitor store activity and ensure proper provisioning and staffing.
• Analyze processes and develop more effective strategies.
• Generate reports and present information to upper-level managers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of previous restaurant experience or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
• Proven leadership skills managing large teams of 30+.
• Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and develop effective solutions.
• Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
• Valid driver's license and Serve Safe certification or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in high volume quick-serve restaurant or bakery operations.
• Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Apps.
