About The Position
Arbor Lodging is a leading hotel investment and management company with a growing portfolio of hotels throughout the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean. We have been entrusted by numerous partners and are approved managers for Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG. Our culture is people-focused, data-driven, and results-oriented. We are looking for a stellar general manager to support our team at the Homewood Suites in Somerset. The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel, day-to-day staff management, and guest satisfaction. The GM should be an ambassador for the brand and the hotel, and provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments. The GM is responsible for managing an excellent guest experience and is required to manage between profitability and guest satisfaction measures.
