About the position

The General Manager at PCRK Group is responsible for leading teams and managing operations within a massage and skincare provider environment. This role focuses on coaching and developing team members to achieve their professional goals while ensuring the location meets performance metrics and adheres to company values. The General Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work culture centered on relationships and mutual cooperation, ultimately aiming to enhance the well-being of both team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand, believe in, and uphold PCRK Group and Massage Envy's Mission, Vision and Values.
• Ensure the location is performing with a focus on key performance indicators such as Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements.
• Monitor staffing levels across all departments to ensure appropriate staffing.
• Coach, develop, and retrain underperformers in sales and service expectations.
• Ensure all licensure, training, and documentation are current according to regulations.
• Participate in company and Regional Developer Conference Calls and weekly Operation Director calls.
• Continuously train the team on soft skills, business acumen, and performance metrics.
• Facilitate the resolution of customer service issues and identify systemic opportunities for improvement.
• Promote and implement new products, services, and initiatives.
• Manage payroll entry and inventory for the location.
• Review payroll, inventory, and reports to audit for errors and address profitability opportunities.
• Host monthly Performance Coaching Plans and collaborate with the Operations Director on performance concerns.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of Profit & Loss statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Multi-unit management experience.
