Responsibilities

  • Lead the service and quality expectations of the team.
  • Create a fun and fast-paced work environment for team members.
  • Develop self and team members to meet long-term growth goals.
  • Ensure high-quality food service with a positive attitude.
  • Manage financial statements, sales reports, and performance data to measure productivity.
  • Motivate, train, and hold staff accountable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Set and maintain inventory and schedules, and manage labor effectively.

Requirements

  • Prior restaurant management or leadership experience with a focus on guest service.
  • Experience in financial statements, sales reports, or performance data analysis.
  • Strong ability to motivate and train a diverse staff.
  • Excellent communication skills with guests and team members.
  • Proficient in desktop software programs and labor management.
  • Experience with inventory management and knowledge of P&L.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in hospitality sales.
  • ServSafe certification.
