About the position

The General Manager position at D1 Training - STL is a senior-level role focused on managing and growing a fitness facility within a rapidly expanding franchise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the fitness industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in high-ticket sales. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, team management, and financial oversight, with the goal of enhancing profitability and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the fitness facility.
• Set appointments and sell high-ticket personal training packages and memberships.
• Strategically plan and execute initiatives to enhance profitability and productivity.
• Facilitate weekly staff meetings to inform and inspire the team.
• Meet with facility owners weekly to discuss various performance metrics.
• Accountable for financial performance and adherence to the annual budget.
• Provide a world-class experience to all members, including celebrities and athletes.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in high-ticket sales and management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
