About the position

The position serves as the primary strategic business leader of the property, overseeing all operational aspects including property performance, food and beverage operations, sales and marketing strategies, profitability, revenue generation, human resources activities, and ensuring a return on investment for both Marriott International and ownership. The role involves leading the team in developing and implementing property-wide strategies, ensuring brand service strategy implementation, and building relationships with key customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage general property performance and food and beverage operations.
  • Sustain sales and marketing strategy to drive profitability and revenue generation.
  • Conduct human resources activities and ensure effective team management.
  • Implement brand service strategy and initiatives to meet guest expectations.
  • Build relationships with key customers and engage in the sales process.
  • Monitor and manage food and beverage forecasting and profit margins.
  • Conduct compliance audits and ensure operational standards are met.
  • Lead property operations and manage controllable costs associated with various departments.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 4 years of relevant experience; or a 4-year degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations.
