Responsibilities

• Run the floor or kitchen to create a positive employee and guest experience.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, and coach hourly and management team members.
• Perform administrative activities such as inventory management and monitoring orders.
• Own the financials including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and presentation standards are met.
• Support in the kitchen, bar, and dining room during peak hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a full-service setting.
