About the position

The General Manager (GM) at Toppers Pizza is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store location, ensuring high standards of service and food quality while managing team performance and inventory. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Toppers store location.
  • Manage the selection, development, and performance of Team Members.
  • Oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
  • Optimize profits while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Promote Topper's Mission and Core Values through leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards.
  • Manage financial and personnel-related administrative duties accurately and on time.
  • Supervise portion control and minimize waste in food preparation.
  • Develop and implement local store marketing efforts while maintaining brand standards.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and manage shifts effectively.

Requirements

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
  • ServSafe certification is required.
  • 2 years of restaurant or retail management experience or successful completion of Manager in Training (MIT) Program.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, and personnel management.
