About The Position
Responsible for recruiting, retaining and ensuring personnel growth within the showroom. Manage all aspects of the sales process, including but not limited to customer service and sales training. Task, time and organizational skills are a must. Responsible for asset protection, knowledge of the market and complete responsibility for showroom product management. Requires highly interactive personal skills with corporate office personnel, service department personnel, merchandising personnel and all direct reports.
