About the position

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee our food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and possess excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment
• Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and profitability
• Oversee kitchen management, catering services, bartending, coffee preparation, banquet services, and food handling procedures
• Lead and motivate a team of staff members to ensure exceptional customer service
• Handle budgeting, inventory control, and cost management effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service management
• Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and catering services
• Ability to handle budgeting and financial aspects of the business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
