Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment management
• Proficiency in business operations and managerial procedures
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to interview, hire, and train new employees
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in shift management and working as an Assistant Manager is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management, with a focus on entertainment services and bar operations
• Proficiency in inventory control and POS systems including Sacoa
