Responsibilities

• Take over a high volume Taco Bell and grow people and sales.
• Staff the restaurant and provide excellent training and development to the team.
• Impact QSR metrics (ICOS, Labor, Customer Satisfaction, and SOS) to achieve a minimum of 4 stars or higher.
• Demonstrate high-level training skills and set realistic plans for the store to become a training location.
• Communicate brand culture and strategy effectively to the restaurant team and area coaches.
• Manage controllable expenses to plan and ensure effective use of reports and tools for financial controls.
• Ensure consistency in executing all marketing programs.
• Handle customer concerns promptly and help resolve issues with management teams and team members.
• Drive restaurant operations to achieve standard results and execute ICOS processes.

Requirements

• 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in hospitality and customer service.
• Ability to analyze business performance using P&L and other reports.
