About The Position

The General Manager at PCRK Group is responsible for leading teams and managing operations within a Massage Envy location. This role focuses on coaching and developing team members to achieve their professional goals while ensuring the location meets performance metrics and adheres to company values. Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and people skills

Responsibilities

• Understand, believe in, and uphold PCRK Group and Massage Envy's Mission, Vision and Values
• Ensure location performance with a focus on key functional areas such as Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements
• Monitor staffing levels across all departments to ensure appropriate staffing
• Coach, develop, and retrain underperformers in sales and service expectations
• Ensure compliance with licensure, training, and documentation regulations
• Participate in company and Regional Developer Conference Calls and weekly Operation Director calls
• Continuously train team on soft skills, business acumen, and performance metrics
• Facilitate resolution of customer service issues and identify systemic opportunities
• Promote and implement new products, services, and initiatives
• Manage location's payroll entry and inventory management
• Review payroll, inventory, and reports to audit for errors and profitability opportunities
• Host monthly Performance Coaching Plans and collaborate with Area Director on performance concerns
