About the position

The General Manager at PCRK Group is responsible for leading teams and managing operations within a Massage Envy location. This role focuses on coaching and developing team members to achieve their professional goals while ensuring the location meets performance metrics and adheres to company values. The General Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Understand, believe in, and uphold PCRK Group and Massage Envy's Mission, Vision and Values
• Ensure location performance with a focus on key functional areas such as Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements
• Monitor staffing levels across all departments to ensure appropriate staffing
• Coach, develop, and retrain underperformers in sales and service expectations
• Ensure compliance with licensure, training, and documentation regulations
• Participate in company and Regional Developer Conference Calls and weekly Operation Director calls
• Continuously train team on soft skills, business acumen, and performance metrics
• Facilitate resolution of customer service issues and identify systemic opportunities
• Promote and implement new products, services, and initiatives
• Manage location's payroll entry and inventory management
• Review payroll, inventory, and reports to audit for errors and profitability opportunities
• Host monthly Performance Coaching Plans and collaborate with Area Director on performance concerns

Requirements

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Comprehensive understanding of Profit & Loss statements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and people skills
