Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food preparation.
• Hire, train, mentor, and supervise staff across all shifts, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining food safety standards.
• Adhere to all Little Caesars policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a restaurant management role, QSR industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry.
• Experience managing shifts effectively, ensuring optimal staffing levels during peak hours.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
