About the position

As a General Manager at Wendy's, you will lead the restaurant team, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. You will be responsible for instilling the Wendy's culture and exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great tasting food quickly while providing excellent customer service.
• Coach and develop team members to ensure restaurant success.
• Instill Wendy's culture into the team and motivate them to exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding crew members.
• Utilize company training programs to create an efficient and friendly staff.
• Develop talent for internal promotions to management positions.
• Manage the performance of all restaurant staff.
• Maximize restaurant profit through effective food, labor, and cash management.
• Monitor and review customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Grow restaurant sales through exceptional operations and community involvement.
• Review restaurant P&L and create plans for improvement.

Requirements

• 2 years of restaurant management experience at the General Manager level.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Self-motivated and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others.
