• Oversee operations at multiple Meineke Car Care locations, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire location managers and team members to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive profitability and growth.
• Implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, policies, and procedures.
• Drive recruitment, training, and retention efforts to build strong, effective teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in multi-location management, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with operational and financial metrics, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations within the Carolinas.
