Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with city, county, state, and federal guidelines.
• Maintain company standards for product preparation and delivery.
• Manage guest relations and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Oversee restaurant maintenance, cleanliness, and inventory management.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff members.
• Control cash and receipts according to restaurant policies.
• Prepare required paperwork in an organized manner.
• Carry out marketing and promotional activities for the restaurant.

Requirements
