General Manager

About the position

As a General Manager at MyEyeDr., you will lead a collaborative team to provide exceptional eyecare experiences for patients. This role involves overseeing all aspects of office operations, including financial performance, team development, and patient satisfaction. You will work closely with community doctors and vendors to ensure a seamless patient experience while acting as a brand ambassador for MyEyeDr.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster a purpose-driven team through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Manage the financial success of the office by driving KPI performance.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to enhance patient experiences.
• Deliver key performance indicators and provide coaching to team members.
• Maximize partnerships with Optometrists and ensure availability for patients.
• Maintain HR policies and compliance for a productive work environment.
• Lead performance and development initiatives in partnership with the District Manager.
• Ensure optical merchandise meets patient standards and requests.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or relevant management experience, preferably in Retail or Hospitality.
• 2+ years in a leadership role with decision-making responsibilities.
• Experience leading teams to achieve sales and operational objectives.
• Proven ability to drive business and sales operations in a customer-facing environment.
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on service standards and mentorship.
• Servant leadership style with a strong drive for results and business acumen.

Nice-to-haves
