About the position

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all restaurant activities, ensuring that operations align with the business plan and that guest satisfaction is prioritized. This role involves managing staff performance, training, and development, as well as executing business strategies to achieve financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all restaurant management and team members perform their job responsibilities and meet expectations.
• Create an environment focused on guest satisfaction and respond positively to guest concerns.
• Train new employees and develop existing staff for promotions and performance improvement.
• Develop and execute the restaurant's business plan, including fiscal responsibilities and local marketing.
• Analyze business performance and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain safety and security of the restaurant.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills; capable of communicating effectively with management, guests, and co-workers.
• Must be certified on all stations using the Blaze Training Program.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Accessible 24/7 for communication with the restaurant and management.
• Ability to work a standard 50-hour work week and flexible hours as needed.
