Requirements

  • 2-4 years of operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or retail environment.
  • Basic business math and accounting skills for managing Profit & Loss.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Passion for providing quality food, service, cleanliness, and speed standards.
