• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost controls.
• Mentor, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team.
• Create and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate management to uphold brand standards.
