About the position

The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a single restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining operational standards. This role involves managing a team of 10-45 employees, focusing on guest satisfaction, financial controls, and compliance with company policies. The RGM works closely with the District Manager and is expected to contribute to the growth and success of the restaurant while providing career opportunities for team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and desired outcomes.
• Lead the restaurant management team and oversee financial controls and operations.
• Develop team members and ensure compliance with company standards across all shifts.
• Work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the restaurant's proper functioning.
• Interact with team members, management, customers, and vendors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
