Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team through training and skill development.
• Oversee recruiting, training, management, and P&L of the restaurant.
• Ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food.
• Maintain food safety and store cleanliness standards.
• Act as a liaison with other leadership and facilitate communication.
• Drive financial performance and maintain strong financial results.
• Empower teams to uphold high standards around food quality and customer service.
• Provide clear and consistent direction to team members.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma required.
• Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership experience on all shifts.
• Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must maintain a current Health Card according to state or local requirements.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check including MVR.
• Must be able to pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
