About the position

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Supervise and communicate effectively with employees to ensure tasks are completed properly.
  • Control costs and manage inventory supplies, including reordering items as necessary.
  • Adjust the Par Prep Sheet to maintain fresh product availability for customers.
  • Observe and guide crewmembers in their assignments, reallocating labor as needed.

Requirements

  • One year of experience in food-service management.
  • Preferably six months of experience as an Assistant Manager.
