About the position

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring that company standards are met and that customers receive efficient service. This role involves managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining inventory to ensure a smooth operation during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Supervise and communicate effectively with employees to ensure tasks are completed properly.
• Control costs and manage inventory supplies, including reordering items as necessary.
• Adjust the Par Prep Sheet to maintain fresh product availability for customers.
• Observe and guide crewmembers in their assignments, reallocating labor as needed.

Requirements

• One year of experience in food-service management.
• Preferably six months of experience as an Assistant Manager.
