About the position

As a General Manager at SONIC, you will oversee the restaurant's operations, ensuring quality food service in a clean and efficient environment. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure quality food service.
• Lead and develop the restaurant team through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Implement local store marketing strategies to attract customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment for staff and customers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Three years of prior restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
