About the position

Cleveland Compaction is seeking a highly motivated General Manager to lead the Installation, Service, and Equipment business. This role focuses on profitability growth through effective management and collaboration with various teams, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The General Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies, monitoring key performance indicators, and executing corporate growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Meet or exceed profit plans on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Manage all business systems and monitor key strategic indicators to ensure quality standards are met.
• Execute corporate growth and profitability plans, focusing on key customers, products, and regions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 5-10 years of managerial, commercial, and operational experience.
• Bachelor's degree or technical degree desired.
• Customer acquisition skills, including working with prospects and closing new orders.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and computer literacy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
• Experience in industrial equipment or refuse industry is a plus.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
