About the position

The General Manager at Pomp's Tire Service is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the store, ensuring financial and operational success. This role involves maximizing sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of service and safety. Responsibilities

• Maximizing shop quality and productivity to meet monthly/annual goals
• Conducting regular inventories
• Analyzing problems and working out solutions for the customer
• Managing location staff, including hiring and discipline
• Maintaining a safe and clean store
• Additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• 3 or more years management experience required
• 5 or more years tire sales/service experience strongly preferred
• Tire Sales and Service Knowledge required
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and MaddenCo Preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp's Tire Service Standards
