About the position

The General Manager at HOTWORX Park City is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the fitness studio, focusing on membership sales, retention, and team management. This role requires a passion for fitness and customer service, as well as the ability to lead a team effectively. The General Manager will engage with the community, drive sales, and ensure a positive environment for both staff and members.

Responsibilities

• Manage the funnel of leads and convert them into studio members through community outreach and events.
• Meet and exceed membership sales goals, providing daily reporting.
• Utilize social media and marketing to engage members and increase brand awareness.
• Drive retail sales within the studio.
• Help members achieve their personal fitness goals and create events to enhance studio usage.
• Provide superior service to members and generate referrals.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the studio equipment.
• Hire, train, and motivate a team of Trainer Sales Associates (TSA's).
• Conduct evaluations and hold staff meetings to ensure a positive work environment.

Requirements

• 1 year of sales or sales management experience.
• Proven experience in the fitness industry with a focus on membership retention.
• Strong team management and time management skills.
• Leadership abilities to inspire and guide the team.
• Experience with social media and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and customers.
