About the position

The General Manager at Crunch Fitness is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for members while ensuring high-quality service and clean facilities. This role focuses on maintaining a culture that enhances member experience and supports team member success. The General Manager will also be tasked with achieving financial targets and upholding company policies to maintain the integrity of the CRUNCH brand.

Responsibilities

  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for members.

  • Maintain clean facilities for member satisfaction.

  • Motivate, lead, supervise, and coordinate team members' activities.

Requirements
