About the position

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for achieving company objectives related to guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance. Your role will involve mentoring and developing your team, managing expenses, and ensuring profitability through effective inventory management. You will also be tasked with creating a vibrant orientation experience for new employees and maintaining a high standard of hospitality within the restaurant.

Requirements

  • 1 year of full-service restaurant General Manager experience or 3-5 years of service industry management experience.
  • Internal candidates must be in good standing and free of performance issues within a 1-year time-period.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
  • Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required.
