The General Manager will implement and uphold the company's standards and brand expectations, ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for guests.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all hotel operations including rooms, food & beverage, sales, marketing, maintenance, reservations, and owner relations.
  • Develop strategies and execution tactics for revenue generation and financial performance.
  • Lead recruitment and staff development efforts.
  • Implement and maintain Hawkeye Hotels' standards and brand expectations.
  • Foster a service culture among team members.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to generate profit.
  • Previous experience as a Hotel General Manager.
  • Effective communication skills with the public and team members.
