About the position

The General Manager (GM) at Jamba Juice is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the store, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving sales performance. This role involves leading a team, maintaining brand excellence, and maximizing profits while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Championing a culture of exceptional guest service, leading by example and inspiring your team.
  • Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from food preparation to guest interactions.
  • Setting and achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost controls.
  • Mentoring, training, and developing a skilled and motivated team of team members.
  • Creating and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Addressing and resolving guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
  • Collaborating with regional and corporate management to uphold brand standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
