About the position

As a General Manager at Jack's Family Restaurants, you will take ownership of a single store, overseeing all aspects of operations including sales, profitability, staffing, training, and customer service. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the store meets its daily goals while fostering a positive and supportive work environment for the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to consistently meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Provide smiling, friendly service to guests
• Ensure your store meets daily sales, service, food, and labor goals
• Manage a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
• Hire, coach, mentor, and develop a successful team
• Help prepare and serve delicious southern foods
• Create a fun work environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and valued

Requirements

• Valid ServSafe certification or similar
• Ability to work 50-55 hours a week
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Business acumen including P&L management and sales forecasting
