Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

  • Drive sales initiatives and marketing strategies to promote the establishment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food service management or related fields, with a strong background in culinary operations.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial management within the food service industry.
  • Experience in shift management, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts while maintaining operational continuity.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • A passion for fine dining experiences and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
