About the position

The General Manager is the leader of the store, responsible for managing the team to provide exceptional customer service, drive business performance, and achieve company goals. This role involves leading a management team, including a Visual Sales Manager, a Training Manager, and an Operations Manager, while fostering a culture aligned with the company's values and principles.

Responsibilities

• Building effective teams and developing talent.
• Driving engagement by collaborating with the Area Director and Store Managers.
• Communicating effectively with staff, Area and Regional Directors, and customers.
• Instilling trust and ensuring accountability.
• Leading by example on the sales floor.
• Improving results by identifying and achieving payroll and sales goals for the success of the store.
• Managing payroll expenses and labor plans efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• At least ten years of leadership and coaching experience focused on team development.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Eagerness to learn about technology and its role in enhancing customer experience.
