About the position

Mendocino Farms is seeking a General Manager to lead a team in a high-volume restaurant environment. The role focuses on creating a positive dining experience while managing operations, staff, and customer relationships. The General Manager will be responsible for driving results, coaching team members, and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of food service professionals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience.
• Strong coaching skills and ability to provide effective feedback.
• Organized and deadline-oriented with a focus on results.
• Ability to master every position in the restaurant before teaching others.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude towards guests and team members.
• Humble and eager to learn from a dynamic, growing restaurant group.
• Experience managing a large team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
