Responsibilities

  • Deliver on key business metrics of quality, service, profitability, and team performance.
  • Assist in developing an annual operating budget and ensure the hotel meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Role model quality assurance best practices and consistently meet or exceed all measures.
  • Apply strong critical thinking skills to navigate challenging situations and proactively address issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
  • Hotel experience preferred.
