About the position

The position serves as the leader of the TownePlace Suites property, responsible for overall operations, including managing property performance, executing sales and marketing strategies, and overseeing human resources activities. The role emphasizes delivering a strong return on investment for both Marriott International and property ownership while fostering a positive culture and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage general property performance and profitability.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue.
• Lead the team in developing and implementing property-wide strategies.
• Build relationships with key customers and participate in the sales process.
• Ensure service programs are in place and executed effectively.
• Monitor property performance using financial and non-financial data.
• Manage relationships with property stakeholders, including owners and above property leadership.
• Conduct performance reviews and support associate development.
• Facilitate training and recruitment efforts for property associates.
• Prepare and present performance reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 4 years of mixed management experience; OR a 4-year bachelor's degree with 2 years of mixed management experience in relevant areas.
• Experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations.
