About the position

The General Manager (GM) at Subway is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and managing financial controls. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • ServSafe certification is mandatory.
  • Experience in a fast-paced food service environment is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
  • Ability to work long and irregular shifts as needed.
