About the position

The General Manager at Titan Security Group will oversee all aspects of the physical security operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance. This strategic role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional business acumen, and a deep understanding of the security industry to drive operational excellence and client retention.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the physical security division, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and address any concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and client expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of security professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development programs to ensure a skilled and capable workforce.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for financial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the client base and revenue.
  • Participate in sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Oversee security risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging threats.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Security Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the security industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful operational management and client relationship development.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Proficiency with security management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
