About the position

The General Manager at Bowlero is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the entertainment center, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing a diverse team. This role involves financial planning, team training, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment. The General Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue, managing costs, and fostering a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Generate and monitor center revenue by developing financial operational plans and budgets.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling and effective communication with the team.
• Supervise and direct training for staff to ensure proficiency in guest service and operational standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with management and adjust action plans based on profit & loss statements.
• Maintain high team morale and address HR or loss prevention issues as they arise.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and achieving service goals.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Basic business math and accounting skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Knowledge of POS register systems
• Solid communication skills
• Ability to develop and train team members
