• Proactively address guest concerns by ensuring appropriate amenities and service offerings.
• Manage budgeted revenue by partnering with sales and revenue management.
• Control purchasing to manage controllable expenses effectively.
• Promote a diverse and inclusive environment for all hotel guests and associates.
• Maintain professionalism consistent with hotel brand and company expectations.

Requirements

• Prior hotel management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administrative skills with intermediate experience with Microsoft Office systems.
• 10 years of hotel experience required.
• 10 years of hotel management experience required.
