About the position

As a General Manager at Club Car Wash, you will lead and develop a team to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality car wash operations. This role involves training, coaching, and supporting team members while promoting sales and continuous improvement across departments. You will also be responsible for understanding maintenance and operational aspects of the car wash.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members in accordance with Club Car Wash standards.
• Continuously train, support, and provide performance coaching for team members.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to promote sales and recruit/retain team members.
• Become well-versed in all aspects of maintenance, chemicals, and operations.

Requirements

• Desire to grow leadership skills and team building.
• Ability to take initiative, multitask, and problem solve.
• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Mechanical-minded individuals are a plus.
