• Hire, train, and develop team members to create a strong workforce.
• Manage P&L, sales forecasting, and staffing to drive business success.
• Implement creative marketing strategies to engage the community and promote the restaurant.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and address any customer concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant management experience is required.
• Strong business acumen, including P&L management and sales forecasting.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Passion for leadership and team development.
