About the position

Mici Italian Family Restaurants is seeking a General Manager for their 7th & Colorado location in Denver, CO. This role is designed for individuals with exceptional leadership and hospitality expertise, responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, training and leading the team, and achieving financial goals. The General Manager will foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring high standards of service and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional guest services and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members to ensure operational excellence.
• Expert in all aspects of restaurant operations, including front of house, back of house, and delivery & catering services.
• Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing all orders to ensure product availability.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and financial reporting in compliance with company policies.
• Identify and address adverse trends or operational issues, implementing solutions to improve performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership in the restaurant industry.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
