Responsibilities

  • Direct and administer the entire operational efforts of the restaurant.
  • Ensure on-target financial results, safety, security, hospitality, quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Follow established policies and procedures according to standard operating procedures and human resource policies.
  • Ensure customers are promptly and professionally served according to company guidelines.
  • Select, train, direct, develop, and supervise restaurant team members.
  • Deliver restaurant services efficiently and effectively in accordance with company policies and standards.
  • Maintain good business relationships with customers and resolve their questions and problems promptly.
  • Develop and train restaurant personnel to ensure efficiency and coordination of activities.
  • Provide accurate and timely required reports and records.
  • Suggest improvements for efficiency or effectiveness in operations.
  • Maintain good working relationships with restaurant and corporate personnel.
  • Ensure restaurant profitability aligns with company expectations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong team leadership and development skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service.
