About the position

The General Manager is responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership for the restaurant, ensuring operational excellence and driving results through effective people development, guest experience enhancement, cost control, and sales/profit growth. This role involves recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members while fostering a positive work culture aligned with the Carl's Jr. mission.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operations and drive results in the restaurant.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Crew Persons.
• Ensure a positive guest experience.
• Manage cost control and profitability.
• Accountable for all restaurant activities including customer service and quality assurance.
