About the position

LSP is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of a home service company in Lincoln, Nebraska. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the home service industry or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen, with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure and navigate complex situations.
  • Knowledge of the home service industry and related regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software systems to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Knowledge of ServiceTitan is a plus.
