Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Supervise and train staff, ensuring high standards of service and performance.
• Manage food production processes to maintain quality and consistency across all menu items.
• Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to minimize waste while ensuring adequate supplies.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth among staff members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Knowledge of food service operations, including cooking techniques and food safety regulations.
• Experience in managing banquet services or large-scale events is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with quick service fast food restaurant operations is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff alike.
• A passion for coffee service and knowledge of coffee preparation methods is an advantage.
