Responsibilities

• Manage the corporate training location in Sunrise.
• Facilitate training for incoming franchisees.
• Travel across the United States and internationally to open new locations.
• Support the growth and operational excellence of the brand.
• Train at new restaurant openings (NROs) around the country.

Requirements

• 1 year of restaurant management experience required.
• Experience in quick serve or fast casual brands preferred.
• Ability to commute to Atlanta, GA 30363 required.
• Willingness to relocate before starting work.

• Experience in donut, ice cream, or coffee sectors is a plus.
